We’re open to publishing guest posts on our blog but to make it a mutually beneficial collaboration guest posts have to be in line with the following guidelines. We prefer quality over quantity – the better your article is, the faster you can publish it with us.
Guest Post Process
Here is how our collaboration will work:
- Pitch at least 3 topics you would like to write about and send them to us
- We will review them and pick the most relevant one
- Then you can prepare the article on the topic we agreed on
- Once it is ready, send it to us along with the visuals via Google drive
- We will review the post and give you feedback to make some adjustments if needed
- After review, we will publish your post
In return, we require a backlink from your website

We prefer posts on relevant topics:

- Site Prep
- Tree Service
- Tree Removal
- Stump Grinding
- etc.
Content checklist
Your article must be in line with the following checklist.
Writing:
- Your article contains at least 2000 words. It has to represent value. We love examples and dislike unsupported statements. If you want to go all out and write a 4,000 word piece, that’d be awesome!
- Explain yourself in a simple yet professional way. Keep it natural and less formal.
- Split your content up with relevant headlines and sub-headings for better readability.
- Check your spelling and grammar. Please run a free Grammarly check and fix issues on your article before submitting it. (Grammarly score above 85 with no grammatical, clarity or style errors)
- Optimise your article using the Frase tool or similar tools (don’t forget to use the keyword you’ve chosen multiple times!)
- Use 1-3 sentences per paragraph, informal, American English. Paragraphs should be a maximum of 200-250 characters.
- Emphasise major keywords or quotes with bold text.
- We publish only original content, no republishing or repurposing – after you post your content with us, it is not okay to repost that content on different websites afterward.
- Include anchor texts, statistical facts backed up by high authority sources to represent value and help ranking.
- Please send a draft via google drive – for easier edits and comments.
Visuals:
- Include: videos, presentations, infographics, discussions, quotes, graphs, tips, statistics
- 3+ images in the article – copyright-free pics, screenshots with links, own images (each image should be up to 100kb with a proper file name. attribution, and alt tag), screenshots with arrows are fine
- to avoid stock images and low-quality images
- provide all the images as extra files shared to us via Google Drive
Link Placements:
We understand that guest blogs are often used to generate backlinks for authors. We’re ok with it as long as the piece is not blatantly promotional. The priority is always to help the readers.
- the placement of the link must look natural, the link has to be contextual
- no sales pages, home pages, landing pages, no links from competing websites
- max. 1 outbound link to 1 domain
- Include internal links
General:
Your submitted article can be rejected for the following reasons:
- duplicated or plagiarised content
- content is written using AI
- content is written solely for link-building purposes
- content based, offensive, or not up to our standards
We reserve the right to edit the article after its publishing without the consent of the author. After the article is published, Land Clearing USA holds all the copyrights.
